Mum & Bubs: Gentle Yogalates & Connection

A nurturing, breath-led yoga and pilates-inspired class designed especially for mums and their babies. Here, we provide space for new mums to restore their bodies, soothe their nervous systems, and deepen the bond between mother and child.

This all-levels class is perfect for new mums easing back into movement or simply craving a moment to breathe, stretch and reconnect. Each class gently unfolds from grounding breath and awareness, into mindful movement to strengthen, stretch and stabilise your body, before easing into relaxation for both mum and baby.

There is plenty of space to pause, feed, settle, or simply be, without pressure or expectation, and the class is designed to foster connection, play and calm between mother and baby.

Props and modifications are always offered to support your changing body, and your baby’s rhythm.

Perfect for: mums with babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling, seeking gentle movement, connection, and support.
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and anything your baby may need (blanket, toys, nappy bag)
