Our Studio


Based in the bushy suburb of Bangor, our boutique studio offers private and small, intimate group classes catering to all bodies.

We offer a variety of indoor and outdoor personalised group classes, workshops and retreats, including adaptive movement, chair yoga and chair pilates on and off-site.

We also offer 1:1 reformer and mindful movement sessions.

Our Founder


Hello, I'm Bulbul, a certified Yoga, Pilates and Meditation instructor and Wellness Coach, and the heart behind EmpowerMe Now, a healing space where movement meets mindfulness.

I help people to shift away from pain and disconnection toward greater physical, mental and emotional well-being and empowerment through intentional, nurturing practices that honour the whole self: body, mind, and heart.

Whether you're new to movement or returning after injury, stress, or life’s challenges, my classes support you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind and restore emotional balance and inner peace.

EmpowerMe Now was born from my own journey of healing through chronic pain, injury, illness, anxiety and emotional trauma. I tried many approaches towards recovery and found relief and empowerment through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, energy work, mindset and gratitude.

These consistent practices became powerful tools for me to ease pain and discomfort, manage stress and anxiety and navigate life with more grace, awareness, playfulness and empowerment.

In my classes, I blend the above modalities into slow, trauma-informed sessions that honour you where you are. Led with compassion, my approach will strengthen, stretch and stabilise you, helping you breathe, move and be in a way that feels good, kind and empowering, both on and off the mat.

When I’m not teaching, you will find me in nature - gardening, walking with my puppies, travelling, riding my bike, hiking or immersed in something creative - cooking, making art, writing, reading, listening to music or podcasts.

I also run a home organising business where I help create calm, clear and functional spaces that support peace of mind and daily ease. I believe our homes are our sacred spaces. Just as mindful movement and breath bring us back into balance, a harmonious, beautiful space can gently ground and nourish our inner wellbeing.
