Breathe & Bond - Parent & Child Hatha Yoga

A gentle, breath-led yoga practice designed to bring calm, balance, and joyful connection between parent and child. This nurturing all-levels class combines mindful movement, partner poses, and playful breathwork to release tension, ease anxiety, and deepen the bond between parent and child.

Grounded in traditional Hatha principles, each session offers a soothing flow of movement, awareness, and stillness, inviting both parent and child to slow down, feel present and reconnect with each other and themselves.

Together, you’ll explore creative poses, heart-opening moments, and quiet relaxation that support emotional balance, trust, and co-regulation. Expect laughter, smiles, and calm side by side.

Props and modifications are provided to support all ages, bodies, and experience levels.

Perfect for: parents and children (Age 6-12) wanting to unwind, strengthen connection, and share mindful moments in a peaceful, light-hearted space.

Bring: yoga mats, water bottles, comfy clothes, and your sense of curiosity and play.
