Cool Kids Yoga for Anxiety

A gentle, playful journey to help children feel calm, safe and confident in their bodies and minds.

Over 9 weeks, children will be guided through a nurturing blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, relaxation and creative practices designed to support emotional regulation and reduce anxiety.

Each session introduces simple, engaging tools to help children understand their feelings, calm their nervous system and build confidence — in a way that feels safe, fun and empowering.


🌈 What to Expect

Week 1 – Safety, Connection & Calm
Creating a safe space, gentle movement, simple breathing and grounding.

Week 2 – Understanding Big Feelings
Learning about emotions through movement, breath and awareness.

Week 3 – Calm Breathing Tools
Fun and simple breathwork techniques to manage worry and overwhelm.

Week 4 – Body Awareness & Relaxation
Listening to the body, releasing tension and guided relaxation.

Week 5 – Thoughts & Worry
Understanding thoughts, introducing mindfulness and letting go.

Week 6 – Building Confidence & Strength
Empowering movement, balance and self-belief.

Week 7 – Calm & Focus
Practices to support concentration, stillness and inner quiet.

Week 8 – Self-Soothing & Rest
Tools for calming down, relaxing and improving sleep.

Week 9 – Integration & Empowerment
Bringing it all together and creating their own “calm toolkit”.

This course is trauma-sensitive, neurodivergent-friendly and designed especially for sensitive children who may feel overwhelmed, anxious or highly aware of their surroundings.

We move slowly, gently and with care — creating a space where every child feels seen, supported and accepted just as they are.

Parents will receive simple tools and insights to support their child at home.
Light refreshments provided after class.
