Gentle Hatha Yoga

A calming, breath-led yoga practice to restore balance, flexibility and inner peace.

This all-levels class is ideal for beginners and anyone seeking a slower, more mindful approach to yoga. Grounded in traditional Hatha principles, the class blends gentle movement, breath awareness and deep stretching to release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom.

With plenty of space to slow down and tune in, you’ll build mobility, increase body awareness and leave feeling centred, spacious, and renewed, no matter your experience level.

Each class gently flows from breath and energy awakening, through mindful movement to strengthen, stretch and stabilise your body, mind and emotions before settling into grounding stillness and deep rest.

Props and modifications offered to support every body, every step of the way.
