
This class is for those who have already begun their meditation practice and wish to continue growing.
For beginners, it is recommended to first complete the 6 week beginner meditation course.
This ongoing meditation class invites you to move past surface thoughts and into deeper presence. Through movement, breath, focus, stillness and awareness practices, you’ll strengthen your ability to rest in the stillness beyond thinking and reconnect with your natural state of calm and wisdom within.
