Returning To Self through the 8 Limbs of Yoga

A full-day immersion designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect to who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities and noise of modern life. Delicious, nourishing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided.

Through guided movement, nervous system-regulating breathwork, deep rest, meditation and guided self-inquiry, we’ll explore the wisdom of the 8 limbs of yoga not as philosophy, but as lived experience.

You will move.

You will reflect.
You will rest deeply.

And most importantly, you will remember yourself.
