Yogalates

A strengthening, breath-led fusion practice to build core stability, strength, flexibility and inner calm.

This all-levels class blends integrates mindful movement, conscious breathwork and deep core activation to create a balanced, whole-body experience.

Beginning and ending in grounding stillness, each class opens with breath awareness to connect you to your body before gradually building into a combination of static holds, slow-flow transitions, foundational standing and balancing postures, and Pilates-based core strength exercises. 

You’ll improve posture, enhance mobility, calm your nervous system and quieten your mind, all while moving in a low-impact, joint-friendly way. 

Props and modifications are offered to support every body, every stage.

Perfect for: those wanting to build strength safely, improve posture, support back health, enhance flexibility and experience a mindful yet empowering workout.
