
Over 5 weeks, you'll be gently guided through a range of meditation styles, from breath awareness and body scans to mantra, visualisation, dynamic movement and compassion-based practices. Each session introduces different practices for you to explore so you can discover what resonates with you.
Week 1 – Foundations of Meditation, Breath & Energy
Posture, mindful movement and breath awareness practice.
Week 2 – Body & Awareness
Body scan and relaxation techniques.
Week 3 – Thoughts, Focus & Mindfulness
Focus, and noticing thoughts without judgment.
Week 4 – Meditation & Stillness
Self awareness, self compassion
Week 5 – Integration & Expansion
Oneness, connection, weaving meditation into daily life and creating your personal practice plan.
By the end of the course you will build a personal, sustainable meditation practice and a toolbox to help you live with more calm and clarity, less stress, healthier emotions and more intentional actions.

Through guided movement, nervous system-regulating breathwork, deep rest, meditation and guided self-inquiry, we’ll explore the wisdom of the 8 limbs of yoga not as philosophy, but as lived experience.
