Over 5 weeks, you'll be gently guided through a range of meditation styles, from breath awareness and body scans to mantra, visualisation, dynamic movement and compassion-based practices. Each session introduces different practices for you to explore so you can discover what resonates with you.
Week 1 – Foundations of Meditation, Breath & Energy
Posture, mindful movement and breath awareness practice.
Week 2 – Body & Awareness
Body scan and relaxation techniques.
Week 3 – Thoughts, Focus & Mindfulness
Focus, and noticing thoughts without judgment.
Week 4 – Meditation & Stillness
Self awareness, self compassion
Week 5 – Integration & Expansion
Oneness, connection, weaving meditation into daily life and creating your personal practice plan.
By the end of the course you will build a personal, sustainable meditation practice and a toolbox to help you live with more calm and clarity, less stress, healthier emotions and more intentional actions.

Each session introduces simple, engaging tools to help children understand their feelings, calm their nervous system and build confidence in a way that feels safe, fun and empowering.

This course is designed especially for sensitive children who may feel overwhelmed, anxious or highly aware of their surroundings. Two yoga teachers, (Bulbul and Janita), both mothers and experienced in teaching children, create a space where every child feels seen, supported and accepted just as they are.
Whether your child struggles with anxiety, big emotions, sensory overwhelm or simply needs support to slow down and feel more at ease, this course offers a calm, nurturing and empowering foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

This immersive workshop is designed to gently guide you inward, to quieten the noise, reconnect with your inner wisdom and gain clarity on what you truly desire in your life.
Through a blend of guided meditation, visualisation, and transpersonal art therapy, you’ll be supported to explore your inner world and express it creatively through a personalised vision board, one that reflects not just goals, but how you want to feel, live and be.
You don’t need to be “creative” or artistic - this experience is about expression, not perfection.
