Slow Flow Yoga

A gentle, accessible Slow Flow practice designed to help you move with intention, build strength and flexibility and cultivate deep calm.

This Hatha-inspired class emphasises mindful transitions between poses, with fewer shapes held for longer durations. The unhurried pace allows you to connect each movement to your breath, explore alignment more deeply and move with awareness rather than momentum.

Classes begin with a grounding warm-up to awaken the body and establish breath connection. From there, you’ll move through a thoughtfully sequenced flow including foundational standing postures, balance work and floor-based strength and mobility exercises, before gradually easing into longer stretches and restorative stillness in Savasana.

With its strong focus on breath-to-movement connection, Slow Flow helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and quiet mental chatter. At the same time, it builds functional strength, increases flexibility and enhances joint mobility without excessive strain.

Suitable for: all levels, especially those who prefer a mindful, measured pace or want to strengthen safely while reducing stress.

Props and modifications are offered to support every body, every stage.
