Mat Pilates

A playful, prop-supported class to build strength, stretch safely and find your core.

This beginner-friendly low impact Pilates class is designed to strengthen your whole body, improve postural stability, and increase mobility, all while having fun! Using breathwork, mindful movement and props (like balls, magic circles, Pilates bars, bands, and blocks), you’ll explore foundational Pilates exercises in a supportive and welcoming space.

Expect a mix of core activation, joint-friendly strength-building and full-body stretching to leave you feeling strong, lengthened and uplifted.

Each class gently flows from breath and energy awakening, through mindful movement to strengthen, stretch and stabilise your body, mind and emotions before settling into grounding stillness and deep rest.

Props, modifications, and laughter included. No experience needed.

Perfect for: anyone new to Pilates or returning to movement, managing pain or stress or looking to build strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, towel
