A mindful, breath-led yoga flow that weaves together dynamic sequences, strength-focused poses, and deep stretching to increase resilience, balance, and body confidence. Ending with a restorative meditation.

You'll build core and joint stability, improve mobility and reconnect with your inner power.

Each class gently flows from breath and energy awakening, through mindful movement to strengthen, stretch and stabilise your body, mind and emotions before settling into grounding stillness and deep rest.
